This story just gets better and better!! So exciting, and still every character is so detailed and true to their canon selves even as you evolve them. Like Francine helping the Master after everything he'd done and how much she had hated him, the way you have her supporting him and even handing him his lazer screwdriver is completely believable!
This line "Jack looked at them seriously, and sighed. "I didn't," Jack confessed. "He let me out." made me smile! I'm glad the Master is getting the recognition he deserves, and I LOVE his determination at 'saving' the Doctor.
You wrote the grueling moments, the Master being cut open and the Doctor's mind being probed so vivedly and with so much emotion! I welled-up at many points, feeling their pain, and I'm not one to easily cry.
